Wildling Einlegesohle Hanfy (Hemp Insole)

DESCRIPTION

Overview

The Hanfy is Wildling's hemp insole — insulating, temperature-regulating and moisture-absorbing. It is the standard way to add warmth to a thin barefoot shoe without adding a thick midsole, which would defeat the point. Formerly sold under the name Hanfling.

How Does It Compare?

Vivobarefoot and Xero Shoes both ship removable insoles, but neither offers a hemp option at this thickness. The Hanfy is the go-to add-on for anyone wanting cold-weather warmth while keeping ground feel intact. See the complete Wildling range or the full multi-brand barefoot catalogue for context.

Sizing and Use

Sized EU 18–48 to match the Wildling range. Add roughly one size of extra snugness — if a shoe already fits tightly, the insole will make it tighter. EU price from €8.90.

FAQ

Q: Does this work with barefoot shoes from other brands?
A: In most cases yes. Wildling accessories are built around Wildling sizing, but insoles, laces and socks are widely used across brands — check the size range against your shoe before committing.

Q: Why does this matter in a barefoot shoe?
A: A thin, flexible shoe has nothing between your foot and the ground, so insoles, laces and socks change how the shoe feels far more than they would in a conventional cushioned shoe.
