Pure nature: the upper material of the Arun model is made from undyed linen fabric in a robust canvas weave. The upper material was created in collaboration with Wildling partner VirgoCoop. VirgoCoop is a cooperative based in France that is committed to building ecological and social textile supply chains from fiber to fabric.
With the linen fabric, the shoe can feel a little stiff at first - a typical characteristic of the natural material. However, this quickly changes: after just a short period of wear, it feels soft.
The lining is made of cotton from Cotonea, a brand that also stands for sustainable and transparent supply chains. The off-white outsole adds to the understated and elegant look, as does the delicate embroidery on the heel.
